The movement portion of the session is catered towards your body, your health history and your goals. We start with an assessment to see how your body moves and understand your challenges or pain. From there, I incorporate a variety of modalities depending on what you need and what you are interested in: functional strength, yoga, rehab & corrective exercise, pilates, primal movement, qigong, myofascial release, and mobility work.
Breathwork is a vital practice to stimulate the flow of energy through the body which helps: clear the mind, reduce stress, release emotions, and cultivate deep awareness. From a physiological perspective, breathwork helps balance the nervous system, increase cardiovascular health, detoxify the body, and reduce inflammation. Breathwork is a deeply meditative experience that leads you to an expanded state of consciousness and inspiration. You feel open and grounded. It is the perfect opportunity to tap into deeper intuition.
